Your tasks at a glance
- You will be responsible for the planning and execution of our Analytics & Reporting team’s action analysis for our client projects — from automation and optimization of the data model to the design of our Tableau dashboards and the extraction and formulation of meaningful insights.
- You plan and manage various customer projects with the Analytics & Reporting team and are the first point of contact for our customers.
- The customer insights from our action analyses are based on creative visualizations.
Our goal is not to fill Excel wallpaper with numbers, but to fill Tableau dashboards with meaningful graphics — with your statistical knowledge and your good ideas, you will continue to develop the standard action analysis. - You will discuss and develop automated processes and the integration of data-driven insights into our analyses with our internal Data Operations and Data Science interfaces.
- You will advise our clients on the effectiveness and efficiency of their campaigns based on the knowledge gained.
- You will proactively expand the circle of our action analysis users at the customer by identifying potential users and marketing our product.
- You use SQL to perform deep dive analyses on an Oracle DWH — sometimes these have to be done quickly, so you are familiar with the language.
- The data world for detailed analyses and the structure of reports is sometimes not optimally structured for our purposes – here you will find the weak points and offer solutions for optimal evaluation layers in cooperation with the team.
Your profile
- Degree in computer science, mathematics, economics or statistics, data & business analytics or a comparable qualification.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases is essential.
- You should have very good knowledge of Tableau or similar tools such as Power BI.
- You have several years of professional experience in the campaign environment and knowledge as a data analyst.
- You see yourself as a problem solver and driving force and are enthusiastic about the challenges and issues facing our customers.
- You work independently and on your own responsibility, but enjoy discussing your questions in a team and sharing your findings.
- You have a structured and analytical way of working.
- You are fluent in German and English.

Job profile
As a (Junior) “Campaign Data” Manager (m/f/d) in the Processes Operations area, you will support our clients in aligning their direct marketing with the relevant target groups. You will be responsible for data selections, optimize selection processes and continuously develop the existing data infrastructure. Queries of relational databases form the main part of your daily tasks. With your analytical skills, you help the client to better understand their customer base and continuously optimize the personalised approach.
As a Campaign Data Manager, you will work closely with your direct colleagues in the team, as well as with the client and the sales interfaces from various departments.

Your profile
